The Town of Edinburgh Police Department currently has an opening for School Resource Officer/Police Officer.  Incumbent will serve as School Resource Officer with the Edinburgh School Corporation while school in session. During holiday and summer breaks, incumbent will serve as Police Officer with the Edinburgh Police Department. 
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma (some course work in criminal justice or human services preferred)
  • Must possess a valid Indiana driver's license
  • Must not have been convicted of any crime
  • Certified by the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy
